Bereavement Counselling

As part of our ongoing commitment to the families we are privileged to serve, we offer a full bereavement support counselling service to our clients.

Anyone who has lost a loved one will know the different stages you can go through.

Shock & Disbelief

Sometimes a feeling of calmness as though nothing has changed. Numbness and being unaware of life going on around you.

Sadness & Helplessness

You can feel sad and helpless, unable to do normal everyday things.

Fear

You may feel insecure, anxious and afraid of what is happening all around you. You may wonder how you will cope without your loved one.

Anger & Guilt

Why has this happened to me, am I to blame maybe. A feeling of guilt because you were not present at the time of death or that you could have done more.

Depression

Feeling you have nothing to live for. Hard to carry on. You can't function in the normal way and feel you are losing your way.

Support

During these sad times it is good to have the support of your family and friends. Quite often people feel that they need more than their support alone.

Helping Yourself

Whatever time that you feel the need for more support then we can help you. People often tell us that it is easier to talk openly to a person who is independent of yourself and your family.

Our Service to You

Our bereavement counselling support service is offered to you free as part of our funeral package. This is an invaluable service for you to take advantage of at any time.

Helping you to move on and continue a normal happy life with cherished memories.

We will help and support you before, during and after your loss and at anytime you feel you may need our help. We will come to your own home or to your local funeral home, whichever suits you best.

Please be assured that all sessions are treated in the strictest confidence.
